Many medical authorities warn that
excess fluoride has been linked to a myriad of health problems including
heart ailments, Alzheimer's, bone disorders, and cancer.
But did you know that you can get the mineral from sources besides toothpaste and fluoride-supplemented drinking water?
Many products contain fluoride, including tea, wine, soda, infant formula, and foods with soy.
"Fluoride is a very powerful cardiac
poison," warns Russell Blaylock, M.D., renowned neurosurgeon and author
of 'The Blaylock Wellness Report.'
And it's even more detrimental when it is
combined with aluminum, says Dr. Blaylock. Aluminum is sometimes added
as a clarifier to water supplies along with fluoride. "The two combine
to create a brain toxin that's powerful in incredibly small
concentrations," he tells Newsmax Health.
