The horrific situation happened a few years ago, but the tale about a man who was being prepped for organ donation while alive has gotten much attention lately because of an investigation into the situation.
And it's caused many people to drop out of the organ donation plans to which they had subscribed.
It was legacy wire service reports at the AP that warned of a "spike" in people revoking organ donor plans.
It's because, the report said, their confidence was "shaken by reports that organs were nearly retrieved from a Kentucky man mistakenly declared dead."
The report noted that it happened in 2021 and the man remains alive today. It was exposed during a recent congressional hearing on the topic.
"The federal agency that regulates the U.S. transplant system is investigating, and the Kentucky attorney general's office said it is 'reviewing the facts to identify an appropriate response,'" the report said.
It is at PJMedia where there is an explanation of why people are running scared from the idea.
That report identified the man as Anthony Hoover, 33, who "woke up in a Kentucky hospital with medical personnel shaving his chest, bathing his body, and talking about harvesting his organs."
At issue is a vaccine mandate for BART workers in San Francisco that was imposed in 2021.

Rail transit officials in California’s Bay Area have been ordered to pay more than $7 million to transit workers who were fired because they refused to get a COVID-19 vaccine years ago.
On Oct. 23, a federal jury in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California sided with six former San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) workers who had refused to get the vaccine for religious purposes.
BART was ordered to pay the group more than $7.8 million, with each individual receiving between $1.2 million and $1.5 million, the Pacific Justice Institute, which represented the transit workers in the trial, said in a statement on Oct. 24. The institute, a law firm representing the six former employees since 2022, said the eight-person jury deliberated for two days this week before returning the verdict that awarded the employees the compensation.
About a week ago, the federal jury also determined that BART had failed to prove that it suffered an undue hardship by denying accommodations to the ex-employees in the case.
On Oct. 23, the jury further found that the six employees met the burden of showing that there was a conflict between their religious beliefs and the BART vaccine mandate, which was implemented in 2021.
According to the law firm, the jury also agreed with the figures that the plaintiffs had provided for lost wages that they had suffered after losing their jobs. The jury then added $1 million each to those figures, the firm said, describing the verdict as a “legal earthquake.”
”After nearly three years of struggle, these essential workers feel they were heard and understood by the jury and are overjoyed and relieved by the verdict.”
The law firm stated: “During the trial, jurors heard compelling testimony from dedicated employees. One of the plaintiffs had worked for more than 30 years for BART, with a stretch of 10 years perfect attendance, before being unceremoniously dismissed. Another had been out on workers comp for months, with no scheduled return date, when she was fired.”
Lawyers for BART argued that multiple employees who had conflicts with receiving the vaccine had secular—rather than religious—reasons. But the jury disagreed with those arguments, the Pacific Justice Institute said.
The vaccine mandate was approved by BART’s board of directors in October 2021 and stipulated that all employees must get the COVID-19 vaccine. It allowed some employees to be exempt from the vaccine, including for religious reasons.
A year later, BART employees filed a class-action lawsuit accusing the operator of denying religious accommodations in violation of state law.
U.S. District Judge William Alsup, who presided over the lawsuit against BART, ruled that the operator’s policies did not violate the employees’ right to religious freedom, according to an order he issued in March.
A separate order issued by Alsup in January found that BART received 188 requests for a religious exemption and accommodation, and of that figure, 40 chose not to complete the process. They were either terminated from employment or ultimately got the vaccine.
“Plaintiffs’ putative class fails because its members have little in common beyond their request for religious accommodation,” the judge further said in his order. “They do not share a common religious objection. They do not share a vocation or a set of contractual rights. They do not present a similar set of potential accommodations and associated burdens. They do not present similar health and exposure concerns.
“Potential accommodations do not impact the same pool of coworkers. Those coworkers do not have the same bargained-for rights.”
The Epoch Times contacted BART for comment on Oct. 25 but received no reply by publication time. The rail operator’s spokesman, James Allison, told local news outlet SFGate that it had “no comment” on the verdict.

A ruling from a Dutch court means that American Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates, a major influence in world organizations and a big supporter of the so-called COVID-19 "vaccines," will go to trial in a case brought by seven people hurt by that agenda.
He repeatedly promoted the vaccines, which have since proven probably to be just about as damaging as COVID-19 itself, with side effects including fatal heart conditions and more.
The report said Gates will be on trial in the Netherlands "over his involvement in misleading the public about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines."
The seven plaintiffs all described the vaccine injuries they sustained, and they brought the lawsuit last year. Recent court time has been consumed by court consideration of the Gates motion to dismiss the case, based on his claim he was not subject to Dutch courts.
Others named as defendants included former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch government's COVID-19 Outbreak Management Team, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and the Dutch government itself.
Marching for life in a different way, the Food Babe demands Kellogg's Company come clean about their ingredients used in their cereals, especially Fruit Loops is on the table. The DailyMail has also done an expose recently on this very topic that you can read, here.

In 2015, Kellogg’s announced plans to remove artificial colors and artificial flavors from their cereals by the end of 2018.
It's now 2024 and Kellogg’s still sells several cereals with artificial colors and flavors in America, all of which target young children.
Even worse, Kellogg’s continues launching NEW cereals for children filled with artificial ingredients, such as Minecraft Frosted Flakes and Disney's Little Mermaid Cereal.

We deserve the same, safer cereals that other countries get.
Why should American children needlessly consume these controversial chemicals if Kellogg’s has already figured out how to make their cereals without it?

In 2015, Kellogg’s announced plans to remove artificial colors and artificial flavors from their U.S. cereals by the end of 2018. This was widely reported in the media.
It is now 2024, and Kellogg’s still sells several cereals with artificial colors such as Froot Loops and Apple Jacks. In addition, Kellogg’s has launched new cereals made with artificial colors and/or artificial flavors (such as Peeps, ICEE, Elf on the Shelf, and Wendy's Frosty). These cereals are directly targeted towards young children and toddlers.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) issued a policy statement in 2018 warning that some chemicals found in food colorings, preservatives, and packaging materials may harm children’s health and best be avoided. Artificial colors have been banned in countries like Norway and Austria and the UK has imposed a voluntary ban. They may be contaminated with carcinogens and cause an increase in hyperactivity in children. Artificial colors add absolutely no nutritional value and are used solely for aesthetic purposes.
There are risks that come with artificial flavors as well. A governmental agency does not approve the safety of artificial flavors. Instead, a flavor industry trade group, the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA), has assembled their own panel of scientists who review and approve new flavors as Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS). These scientists are paid by FEMA (who ultimately get their funding from flavor companies). Public advocacy groups have questioned FEMA’s processes and called on the FDA to ban certain flavor substances that have known links to cancer, but little has been done. In 2019 the FDA banned seven ingredients used to make artificial flavors that have been shown to cause cancer in laboratory animals. Any food company using artificial flavors has been given 2 years to remove them from their flavors, so they are still on store shelves.
Your children’s cereals are preserved with Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT). BHT is linked to cancer in some animal studies and is an endocrine disruptor that interferes with hormones. Although the FDA has granted it GRAS, BHT simply hasn’t been proven safe and researchers agree that more studies need to be conducted. The approval of BHT as a food additive has been called one of the worst failures of our regulatory system by the respected Environmental Working Group, who classifies it as one of the top “Dirty Dozen” food additives to avoid.
Kellogg’s sells some of the same cereals (Froot Loops, Apple Jacks) in other countries with safer ingredients. In Europe and Australia for instance, Kellogg’s takes artificial colors and the risky preservative BHT out of their cereals completely. We deserve the same, safer cereals that other countries get.
These unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients are not in Kellogg's cereals sold overseas – so they shouldn’t be in ours. The simple fact that you don’t use these ingredients elsewhere is proof that they are not needed.
I urge you to remove Artificial Colors, Artificial Flavors, and BHT from all of your cereals here in North America and worldwide.

Report confirmed ‘admission’ is buried deep on the WHO’s Vigiaccess web page. Among the known side effects of the use of Pfizer’s BioNTech vaccine, WHO now lists monkeypox, smallpox, and cow pox, along with a long list of additional threats
COVID-19, that modified bat virus first spotted near a Chinese research institute that was toying around with those dangerous pathogens, undoubtedly was and remains a threat to many people.
But the shots that the world’s pharmaceuticals created to battle it also have been found to be related to heart diseases and failures as well as a multitude of other health threats.
Now even the World Health Organization, that bureaucracy that worked with China first to conceal the threat, then demanded entire populations be forced to take the experimental COVID shots, has admitted that they are problematic.
To the point they now are being blamed for creating a side effect: “Monkeypox.”
The report confirmed the “admission” is buried deep on the WHO’s Vigiaccess web page.
Among the “known” side effects of the use of Pfizer’s BioNTech vaccine, WHO now lists “monkeypox,” “smallpox,” and “cow pox.”
Along with a long list of additional threats.
“The website contains a database that lists all known side effects of all drugs and vaccines that have been approved for public use,” the report said.
The report adds, “They are listed under ‘infections and infestations’ that emerge as ‘side effects’ of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine.”
The report noted the website was working when the report was assembled, “However, a swift cover-up usually ensues when we draw attention to such things.”
The site noted it earlier reported a renowned German physician confirmed at the time the monkeypox “outbreak” was a hoax and it was just side effects from the COVID mRNA treatments delivered to patients.
It was Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg who said reports of a monkeypox “global emergency” was just “fearmongering.”
The report continued, “These bombshell developments emerged after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) made a shocking admission about the monkeypox “vaccines.” As Slay News reported, the FDA quietly admitted that people who are unvaccinated for monkeypox could face “serious complications,” including “death,” if they come into “close contact” with those who have been vaccinated for the virus.”
It said, “Alarmingly, those risks are not limited to those who receive the shots as the side effects can also be suffered by unvaccinated people who have “physical contact” with the vaccinated.”
A National Institutes of Health (NIH) public liaison for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests — who taught a senior adviser to Dr. Anthony Fauci how to “make emails disappear” — is refusing to testify before a House committee investigating the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an Aug. 5 letter signed by her lawyers, Margaret Moore informed the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic that she would plead the Fifth Amendment and her right against self-incrimination — but was still handed a subpoena on Monday to testify about the potential records violations.
“Instead of using NIH’s FOIA office to provide the transparency and accountability that the American people deserve, it appears that ‘FOIA Lady’ Margaret Moore assisted efforts to evade federal record keeping laws,” said Committee Chairman Brad Wenstrup in a statement.
“Her alleged scheme to help NIH officials delete COVID-19 records and use their personal emails to avoid FOIA is appalling and deserves a thorough investigation.”
The former NIH FOIA public liaison is accused of teaching David Morens, a senior adviser to Dr. Anthony Fauci, how to “make emails disappear.”
Moore’s attorneys William Vigen and Ronald Jacobs, who specialize in government investigations and white-collar criminal defense, in their August letter said their client has helped the committee in other ways.
“Ms. Moore has cooperated with the Select Subcommittee through counsel to find an alternative to her sitting for an interview, including expediting her own FOIA request for her own documents, which she provided to the Select Subcommittee voluntarily,” the lawyers wrote.
The 35-year veteran of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a subagency of the NIH, at one time served as a special assistant to Fauci and allegedly helped conceal information that may have been critical to uncovering the origins of SARS-CoV-2.

Dr. David Morens, a former NIAID senior adviser to Fauci, bragged about using a private email account to evade FOIA requests and deleting records that were sought with some “tricks” that Moore taught him.
“[I] learned from our foia [sic] lady here how to make emails disappear after I am foia’d [sic] but before the search starts,” he wrote in a Feb. 24, 2021, email sent from his private Gmail account. “Plus I deleted most of those earlier emails after sending them to gmail [sic].”
“We are all smart enough to know to never have smoking guns, and if we did we wouldn’t put them in emails and if we found them we’d delete them,” Morens also said a June 16, 2020.
